A few days before the opening of London 2012, it occurred to me that since I began my project involving Olympic hopefuls 4 years ago, I hadn't actually sat down to reflect on my journey... I'd just been way too busy!

After 16 days of Olympic euphoria, the London Olympics have sadly come to an end.

For the Wells Sports Foundation’s team of athletes, it has been an awesome couple of weeks, with our Patron and face of the Games, Jess Ennis, achieving her long term dream of Gold. To deliver under the conditions of such public expectation shows true greatness.
