After coming away from the World Indoor Championships last weekend with a silver medal, our Patron, Jessica Ennis, will now be assessing what she needs to do to continue to strive towards Olympic gold in this all important countdown period to London. One person who is instrumental in Jess's success is her coach, Toni Minichiello, who has coached Jess since she was 11.
Behind every champion is a great coach so we caught up with Toni to get an insight into his world.
